Tarek Zaarour
I hold a Ph.D. in Computer Science from University of Galway, Ireland. Before joining Dell, I worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Insight Centre for Data Analytics at University of Galway. My research focus is on Distributed Systems, Middle systems, Edge Computing, and Data Sharing Infrastructures. I've published 4 research papers in conferences and journals including IEEE IoT, Elsevier FGCS, ACM DEBS, and IEEE NCA.
Currently, I'm a Senior Research Scientist in the ORO organization at Dell Technologies. My main focus is on automating the deployment of containerized applications and services for processing data across the edge and cloud continuum while ensuring trust using technologies such as project Alvarium and Distributed Ledgers.
