Charalampos Mainas
Charalampos (Babis) Mainas is mostly interested in the lower levels of the systems stack, mainly in Hypervisor and OS level, where he can easily create kernel oops.
A significant part of his time has been spent in Unikernels, porting applications, libraries, language runtimes, and in general, trying to make them more friendly in existing technologies. Moreover, he had the chance to dive into the two most well-used hypervisors (KVM, Xen). Lately, he started exploring the area of hardware acceleration in order to provide an efficient and secure virtualization solution for devices (GPUs, FPGAs).
