Robert Carolina
Robert is a lawyer who has focussed entirely on the application of law and regulation to information and communications technology for more than three decades. He is General Counsel to ISC, the maintainer of BIND (DNS) and Kea (DHCP) and a Root Server Operator. In addition to practicing law, he has taught legal and regulatory aspects of cyber security as part of the post graduate degree in information security at Royal Holloway University of London since 1999. He is the author of the legal & regulatory knowledge area in CyBOK: The Cyber Security Body Of Knowledge (www.cybok.org), a free and open resource for security practitioners and educators.
