Member of Apache Software Foundation, active Open Source contributor, former PMC chair - Apache Mahout. I am a Senior Principal Engineer in the Office of Technology, Red Hat Inc. I am a co-organizer of the Washington DC Area Apache Flink Meetup group and a frequent speaker at the local Big Data meetups.
I am a committer on several open source projects like Apache Mahout, Apache Pirk, Apache Streams, Apache PredictionIO to name a few. I had spoken in the past at Flink Forward 2015 and 2016, ApacheCon, Apache Big Data (North America and Europe). Interested in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
