14:00-15:00 Introduction to Tcl and Tk Enough Tcl/Tk to do useful stuff. Tcl is an easy language to learn or teach even those who are not skilled professionals, yet powerful enough to be very useful, very quickly in the hands of an experienced programmer.

16:00-17:00 Hecl - how to write a small Tcl-like interpreter This talk might have been called "how to write your own programming
language" - we will cover the elements involved in creating the Hecl
interpreter, which is a small, flexible, extensible system modelled
after the Tcl programming language, but written in Java, and small
enough to run on Java cell phones.
